Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year of professional driving experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally 80 pounds
- Ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Willingness to work overtime
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test excluding THC
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks when trained
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year of professional driving experience with cube vans, box trucks or semis and pass company road test
- Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record compliant with company policy
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally 80 pounds and exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Proven customer service skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug test excluding THC
- Valid DOT Medical Card as per DOT/FMCSA guidelines
Job Duties
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during routes making 10-20 deliveries per day
- Complete and maintain accurate records including driver’s logs and fuel purchase logs
- Make on time deliveries at customer locations safely and punctually in all weather conditions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
- Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds, using team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavy items
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and occasionally operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management and collect payments upon delivery
