Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must possess valid Class C driver’s license or appropriate license classification as required by Department of Transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work experience sufficient to work under general supervision
  • Ability to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Must comply with Company safety policies and transportation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work experience sufficient to work under general supervision
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must possess valid Class C driver’s license or appropriate license classification as required by Department of Transportation
  • Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and accountability
  • Ability to comply with all Company safety policies and federal and state transportation regulations

Job Duties

  • Timely transportation of product from origin to destination as assigned
  • Assist in verification of all outgoing and incoming product for accuracy in terms of size, amount and type
  • Collect payments from customers in monetary form acceptable to Company
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies delivery
  • Maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers and through responsible driving
  • Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver's logs, fuel purchase records, and mileage records
  • Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations
  • Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks
