- Have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Social security number (only in the US)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Must be at least 19 plus years old in certain states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
