Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Provide a social security number if in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Must be 21 or older to deliver alcohol
- Successfully pass ID verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with the local area and navigation tools
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift and carry delivery items
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- Deliver orders to customers accurately and on time
- Use the DoorDash app to manage deliveries and navigate routes
- Communicate with customers and support team as needed
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor during interactions
- Ensure the security and condition of orders during transit
- Handle payment collection when necessary
