Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- own a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- possess a valid driver's license number
- have a social security number (for US residents)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- pass a background check
- undergo successful ID verification
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- good communication and customer service skills
- familiarity with local area and navigation
- physical ability to deliver orders by car, scooter, or bicycle
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retailers
- deliver orders promptly and efficiently to customers
- manage delivery routes using the DoorDash app
- maintain communication with customers if necessary
- provide excellent customer service and ensure order accuracy
- follow safety and health guidelines during deliveries
- cash out earnings through the DoorDash platform
