Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum one year of experience in professional driving role or equivalent position
- valid driver’s license
- meets all physical requirements related to DOT and FMCSA regulations
- must be good with people, with excellent speaking and writing
- must maintain a valid driver’s license for appropriate class of vehicle driven while employed
- ability to lift 50+ pounds by oneself
- ability to lift excess of 50 pounds with mechanical or employee assistance
- ability to maneuver often in restricted spaces
- ability to perform physical actions including straight pulling, pulling hand over hand, reaching above the shoulder, use of fingers/fine manipulation, repeated bending
- ability to utilize hands, legs, and eyes for operating vehicle
- ability to use depth perception
- must convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees
- must read and understand DOT and FDA required paperwork
- must be mentally alert and capable of critical thinking and decision making
- valid driver’s license
- non CDL drivers can be 18 or older
- CDL drivers required to be 21 or older
Job Qualifications

- home care/health care background is a plus
- must be good with people, with excellent speaking and writing
- strong customer service skills
- basic computer knowledge
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 50+ pounds by oneself
- ability to lift excess of 50 pounds with mechanical or employee assistance
- ability to maneuver often in restricted spaces
- ability to perform physical actions such as straight pulling, pulling hand over hand, reaching above the shoulder, use of fingers/fine manipulation, repeated bending
- ability to utilize hands, legs, and eyes for operating vehicle
- ability to use depth perception
- ability to lift up to 15 pounds above the shoulder while loading and unloading
Job Duties
- Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training
- adhere to assigned routes and schedules
- abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during the loading and unloading process
- establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols
- work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies in accordance with company and local policies
