Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied
- must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws, while keeping vehicles clean and organized
- must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc
- must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- must be available to work during our busiest days of the year such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in delivery driving or customer service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of local geography
- strong time management skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using the Tiff's Treats company vehicle or your own vehicle
- assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other various tasks as needed
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers
- be open to receiving and learning from constructive feedback to help you improve and grow
