Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- proof of insurance including liability and bodily injury
- reliable and well-maintained vehicle
- reliable smartphone
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- familiarity with the local area
- experience with delivery apps is desirable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- delivery experience using app-based software is a plus
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- proof of insurance including liability and bodily injury
- reliable, clean, and well-maintained vehicle capable of carrying multiple medium-sized bags
- reliable smartphone and comfort with mobile technology
- familiarity with the local geographic area
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to manually lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- team player with a commitment to service excellence
Job Duties
- arrive at the designated Thistle location at the scheduled shift time
- ensure your smartphone is fully charged and your vehicle has a full tank of gas
- verify all items before delivery departure
- use the delivery app to start and complete assigned delivery tasks
- follow customer instructions carefully
- collect return bags and ice packs from customers and return them to the pickup location
- maintain consistent communication with the dispatch team
- ensure timely and safe delivery of all meal orders
