Job Requirements
- Current driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- pass background screen, e-verify, drug test, and DOT physical
- must be at least 21 years old
- able to organize route with varying daily work content
- manage schedule and achieve specified number of stops/packages per day
- valid Class A or Class B CDL
- mandatory safety shoes required
- eligible for up to $50 reimbursement for safety shoes
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B commercial driver’s license
- ability to safely drive a 26’-53’ commercial truck
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs manually or 150 lbs with a hand cart
- experience operating hand trucks or electric pallet jacks preferred
- strong organizational skills for route management
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work full-time morning shifts
- ability to maintain high work tempo throughout the day
- knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Record delivery, buy back, and variance information on daily delivery record
- rotate displays, coolers, and back stock
- operate hand trucks and electric pallet jacks to unload truck
- display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and sales floor
- arrange products according to prearranged plan or management-approved ideas
- construct or assemble display aids from company provided Point of Sale materials
- place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor
- clean shelves, coolers, and other display structures regularly
- transfer product from customer stock room to designated floor or cooler displays
- collect or pick up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise
- conduct and supervise truck loading and unloading and secure loads
- issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery
