Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver’s license number
- Have a social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to use a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- Complete sign-up and verification process
- Pass background check and ID verification
Job Qualifications
- Able to pass ID verification and background checks
- Access to a smartphone and basic app navigation skills
- Reliable transportation such as car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of local geography and routes
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying orders
- Good time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Manage delivery route efficiently to maximize earnings
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during deliveries
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to track and confirm deliveries
- Handle food and goods with care to ensure quality
- Cash out earnings using the DoorDash Crimson account
