Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- driver’s license number
- social security number (only in the US)
- consistent access to a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license or equivalent depending on delivery method
- have access to a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- ability to use a smartphone and the Dasher app
- good navigation and time management skills
- reliability and punctuality in completing deliveries
- strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants and stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving
- manage payment transactions and use Dasher app to track deliveries
- provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery issues
- maintain communication with DoorDash support when necessary
- adhere to DoorDash policies and procedures
