Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Clean driving record subject to MVR check
- Must be at least 21 years old insurance requirement
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Able to enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the day
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
- Must work in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills verbal and written
Job Qualifications

- Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to manage, track and account for money transactions and reconcile customer credit and debt balances
- Ability to utilize a tablet and/or mobile device for navigation, tracking, and customer interface
- Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take and follow directions and work well with others
- Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Operate a company van to deliver large and oversized collision auto parts
- Load and unload parts weighing up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Verify delivery accuracy, inspect parts before departure, and secure items for transport
- Communicate professionally with customers and document any delivery issues
- Complete daily route sheets, delivery logs, and customer paperwork
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns immediately
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- comply with all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
- Report incidents, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Represent the company in a courteous and customer-focused manner
- Maintain a basic familiarity with common collision parts and recognize related components to help ensure accurate deliveries
