Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a valid and current driver's license
- Have minimum 3 months experience driving a 24-foot box truck or larger
- Physically able and willing to lift 100+ pounds with a partner
- Ability to comply with FMCSA regulations including English language proficiency
- Maintain valid DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate and pass physical and drug screening
- Pass road test based on FMCSA and CORT requirements
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record per company standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid and current driver's license in the state of residency
- Minimum of 3 months professional experience driving a 24-foot box truck or larger commercial vehicle
- Physically able to move furniture indoors and outdoors and lift over 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to comply with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration regulations
- Ability to maintain a valid DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate
- Ability to pass road test per FMCSA and CORT requirements
- Acceptable motor vehicle record per CORT's safe driving standards
Job Duties
- Start your day at the warehouse reviewing route and safety topics with the operations team
- Drive a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate to customers' homes or offices
- Unload, deliver, and install furniture while interacting with customers
- Assist in the warehouse as needed including loading and unloading furniture
- Maintain compliance with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration regulations
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of all assigned routes
- Provide exemplary customer service to enhance customer experience
