Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid CDL-B license
- minimum of 1 year experience in truck driving or delivery
- ability to manually lift heavy products
- reliable transportation to and from work
- pass company-required background and drug screening
- availability to work varied start times
- physical ability to perform manual unloading and repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-B license
- previous experience operating a straight truck
- good customer service skills
- ability to manually lift and carry dairy products
- familiarity with local delivery routes
- strong safety awareness and driving record
- ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Operate a straight truck safely and efficiently
- manually unload and deliver various dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- become familiar with customer operations to meet their needs and expectations
- adhere to assigned route schedule and company safety policies
- perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
