Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver's license
  • able to frequently travel between locations by vehicle
  • ability to lift or move merchandise up to 60 pounds
  • good organizational and interpersonal communication skills

  • familiar with cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus
  • familiarity with automotive parts is desired but not required
  • able to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
  • capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 60 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences while meeting customers during deliveries
  • drive a delivery vehicle to transport parts and products to customers, including loading and unloading of parts
  • pick up parts from other stores or outside vendors
  • ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
  • maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
  • maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done
  • report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager
  • drive safely and defensively, adhering to all company safety standards
  • follows all company policies, procedures, dress code and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies
