Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proof of insurance covering liability and bodily injury
- Reliable well-maintained vehicle suitable for delivery tasks
- Comfortable using smartphone technology for routing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical capability to handle up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Delivery experience utilizing app-based software is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proof of insurance including liability and bodily injury
- Reliable clean well-maintained vehicle with capacity to carry multiple medium-sized bags
- Reliable smartphone and comfort with using mobile technology
- Familiarity with assigned geographical area
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manually move lift carry pull or push objects up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Arrive at the designated Thistle location at scheduled shift time ensuring smartphone is fully charged and vehicle has a full tank of gas
- Ensure all items are accounted for before delivery departure
- Use delivery app to start and complete assigned delivery tasks following customer instructions
- Collect return bags and ice packs from customers and return them to pickup location at next shift
- Maintain high-level consistent communication with dispatch team
