Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proof of insurance including liability and bodily injury
Reliable, clean, and well-maintained vehicle
Comfortable using smartphone technology
Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Commitment to reliable and timely delivery
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with the local area geography

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous delivery experience utilizing app-based software is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proof of insurance including liability and bodily injury
A reliable, clean, well-maintained vehicle with capacity to carry multiple medium-sized bags
Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile technology for routing and instructions
Familiarity with the assigned geographical area
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Arrive at the designated Thistle location at the scheduled shift time and ensure smartphone is fully charged and vehicle has a full tank of gas
Ensure all items are accounted for before delivery departure
Use the delivery app to start and complete all assigned tasks and follow customer instructions
Collect return bags and ice packs from customers and return items to pickup location at the next shift
Maintain high-level and consistent communication with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries
Ensure safe and timely delivery of plant-forward meals
Handle physical tasks including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
