Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current US driver license with clean vehicle driving record
- Some college preferred
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to safely drive a large vehicle
- Ability to lift, carry, and push weights up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive on winding mountain roads
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in temperature extremes including freezer and outdoor environments
- Physical presence at job site
- Ability to climb steps while carrying loads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Current US driver license with clean driving record
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to safely drive a large vehicle
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Transport employees, property, and merchandise to and from Ashford warehouse and park operating units in a 14-passenger van
- Occasionally drive vehicles to other locations including airport pick-ups and trips to town
- Perform vehicle pre-trip safety inspections including lights, brakes, horns, and windshield wipers
- Maintain vehicle trip log and report any malfunctions or needed repairs to management
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, propane, oil, and water
- Enforce and comply with company and DOT safety policies and laws for all vehicle passengers
- Safely load and unload product, laundry, and recycling often unassisted
- Maintain food temperature log for transported food supplies
- Assist with employee trips to airports, Seattle, and elsewhere as needed
- Assist in warehouse and laundry units as required
