Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years experience
proof of car insurance
reliable vehicle
acceptable motor vehicle record
ability to perform delivery duties including timely driving and customer interaction
ability to follow safety and security standards
ability to work flexible hours
willingness to support team and complete assigned tasks
ability to handle cash and use order processing systems

Job Qualifications

reliable vehicle
ability to drive
acceptable motor vehicle record

strong customer service skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
good communication skills
experience with cash handling and order processing systems preferred

Job Duties

Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
learn the delivery area
check orders for quality and accuracy
follow proper delivery procedures
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
work as part of a team by being punctual, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties including cleaning
comply with uniform and appearance standards
contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork and fun
accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
execute cash management duties
use the FOCUS system
support sales efforts by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers
maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards at all times
