Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a motor vehicle report
- Must use own vehicle for deliveries
- Must have valid proof of insurance in own name
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Proven experience in delivery or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Commitment to excellent customer service and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Deliver catering orders on time and accurately
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure order accuracy and quality
- Maintain high standards of food safety during delivery and setup
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during deliveries
- Use personal vehicle responsibly and safely
- Manage timely pick-up of take-out orders
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations
