Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be 21 or older to deliver alcohol
Have access to a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
Possess a valid driver’s license
Provide a social security number (US only)
Have consistent access to a smartphone
Pass background check and identity verification

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior delivery or customer service experience is an asset
Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns
Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to handle physical activity related to deliveries
Dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

Pick up orders from restaurants or stores
Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
Manage multiple deliveries efficiently
Communicate with customers and support teams as needed
Use the DoorDash app to track and complete deliveries
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
Follow local traffic and safety laws while delivering
