Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid United States driver's license held for at least 2 years
- Proof of car insurance with your name listed as a covered driver
- Reliable vehicle to use for deliveries
- Good driving history with no major violations or license suspensions in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- Able to perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and safe delivery practices
- Willingness to assist with restaurant duties during non-delivery times
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid United States driver's license for a minimum of 2 years
- Have a good driving history with no suspensions or major moving violations in the past 3 years
- Reliable vehicle available for deliveries
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to perform assigned duties including food handling and order processing
Job Duties
- Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures
- Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do
- Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift, and completing all closing duties including cleaning
- Enhance the company's image by complying with uniform and appearance standards
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, execute cash management duties, and use the FOCUS system
