Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- ability to navigate and read maps accurately
- capable of working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to handle delivery duties including carrying orders and moving through various terrains
- willingness to adhere to company policies and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- ability to operate all equipment used in the store
- experience with inventory management and completing paperwork
- proficiency in receiving and processing telephone orders
- effective communication skills for verbal and written instructions
- ability to perform basic mathematical functions quickly and accurately
- motor coordination for handling tasks rapidly and precisely
- familiarity with computer keyboard or touch screen systems
- prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus
Job Duties
- deliver pizzas and other food items to customers in a timely and safe manner
- use navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area
- operate company or personal vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- interact courteously with customers and handle customer transactions professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and store as needed
- report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery delays promptly
- assist with general store duties such as stocking, order preparation, and equipment operation when off delivery
