Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Have acceptable motor vehicle record
- Valid United States driver's license for minimum of 2 years
- Proof of car insurance with your name listed as covered driver
- Reliable vehicle for deliveries
- Willingness to undergo Motor Vehicle Report check at hire and every 6 months
- No suspensions on driver’s license within past 3 years
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in past 3 years
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid United States driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years, excluding learner's permit
- Good driving history with no suspensions or major moving violations in past 3 years
- Ability to provide proof of car insurance with name listed as covered driver
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Assist other workstations during shifts including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders
- Work as part of a team and complete closing duties including cleaning
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Execute cash management duties and use the FOCUS system
- Suggestively sell to increase check average and distribute door hangers
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas, complying with safety and security standards
