Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year delivery experience
- 1 year professional driver experience
- Clean driving record
- Driver's license issued over three years ago
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
- Availability for overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Familiarity with manual labor and basic tools
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of delivery experience, preferably with bulk items, but not required
- 1 year of experience as a professional driver
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be eligible for coverage under the companys insurance policy, which requires a clean driving record and a driver's license originally issued over three years ago
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs without assistance and 100 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed
- Familiar with manual labor and able to utilize basic tools
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Daily delivery of turf products and accompanying accessories
- Ensure the truck is properly loaded and load secured
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Unload products at each stop and verify orders against paperwork
- Report any discrepancies immediately for remedy
- Organize end-of-day paperwork for office administration
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to the job
