Job Requirements
- Must hold a current valid CDL-B driver’s license or higher
- excellent driving record
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- able to work independently
- able to carry out oral and written instructions
- able to communicate clearly
- able to apply mathematical concepts
- able to work in a team environment
- friendly customer-oriented personality
- capable of standing and sitting for long periods
- able to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds
- able to work over eight hours in a day as needed
- fluency in English
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of kitchen/food safety and sanitary standards is a plus
- able to work independently and follow oral and written instructions
- able to communicate clearly and concisely

- friendly customer-oriented personality
- capable of standing and sitting for long periods
- able to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds
- able to work over eight hours per day as needed
- fluency in English required
- knowledge of Spanish helpful
Job Duties
- Completes daily routes as assigned by the Logistics Manager
- picks up and delivers food items following assigned service route
- loads truck with various food items needed for delivery
- completes pre-trip vehicle inspections and reports any defects
- reports accidents immediately and assists in report completion
- unloads truck and ensures proper storage of remaining items
- completes all driver logs and paperwork associated with deliveries and pickups
- complies with all maintenance schedules such as vehicle washing
- follows all sanitary and safety guidelines required by DOT and Foodlink policies
- ensures food safety in handling repackaged and hot/cold meals
- tags product with location and notifies receiver
- drives to and assists with Mobile Pantry food distributions
- completes Mobile Pantry paperwork
- updates driver manual as necessary
- works as a team player supporting the mission and vision
- represents Foodlink professionally at all times
- completes other assigned tasks and duties as needed
