Job Requirements
- Valid and current Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to understand and operate GPS technology
- Customer service or delivery experience preferred
- Ability to cross train across restaurant roles
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain stationary position to operate computer and office equipment
- Ability to identify, analyze and assess details
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to move constantly and support restaurant or office operations
- Ability to work safely and remain alert
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid and current Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to understand and operate GPS technology and other relevant applications
- Experience in a customer service, delivery service or Restaurant experience is desired
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- 100% Travel required and may lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service
- Successfully run all aspects of the Curbside, Take-Away and Delivery activities to maintain productivity
- Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the Restaurant
- Verify order accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Observe and maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
- Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
- Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
- Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
- Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values
- Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
- Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals
- Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business
