Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- valid driver’s license
- proof of insurance
- reliable vehicle
- ability to drive safely and comply with traffic laws

- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- readiness to support multiple workstations and perform additional duties
- punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
- work as part of a team by being punctual and supporting other workstations
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- execute cash management duties
- use the FOCUS System
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling
- distribute door hangers during every shift
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
