Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a current driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Valid legal authorization to work
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferred
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- ServSafe certification, preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Make accurate, on-time deliveries while providing friendly service to every customer
- Assist team members with orders, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions and follow company standards
- Uphold Papa John’s core values and promote a positive team atmosphere
- Participate in training sessions and develop knowledge of the menu and operational procedures
- Support the team during busy times by taking on additional tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
