Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license for state of employment with minimum 2 years’ experience
- Proof of valid car insurance with no cancellations
- Clean driving record subject to company standards
- Reliable vehicle available
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to operate cash handling and order processing systems
Job Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of valid driver’s license with no lapse of cancellation in past 3 years
- Proof of car insurance with no cancellation in past 3 years
- Reliable vehicle
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions and use point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- Learn the delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy
- Follow proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers
- Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- Work as part of a team supporting other workstations during shifts
- Complete all closing duties including cleaning
- Comply with uniform and appearance standards
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Execute cash management duties
- Use the FOCUS system
- Support sales efforts by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Comply with safety and security standards at all times
