Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- Learn the delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy
- Follow proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service in person or by phone
- Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
- Work as part of a team and assist by being on time
- Support other workstations during shifts
- Complete all closing duties including cleaning
- Enhance company image by complying with uniform and appearance standards
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Execute cash management duties
- Use the FOCUS System
- Support sales efforts by suggestive selling
- Distribute door hangers during shifts
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Comply with safety and security standards at all times
