Job Requirements
- Valid Michigan driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks or willingness to receive training
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Knowledge of road safety and load securement practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications

- Experience with construction or building materials is an asset
- Strong knowledge of road safety and load securement practices
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training available if needed)

Job Duties
- Safely operate company delivery trucks to transport products, materials, and equipment to customer locations and job sites
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe handling procedures
- Verify delivery contents and complete required documentation accurately
- Maintain communication with management and site supervisors regarding schedules and updates
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist warehouse staff with material handling, organization, and preparation as needed
- Represent VDK Group professionally with customers, dealers, and team members
- Support installation teams with on-site material placement when required
