- Be at least 18 years old (must be 21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle (scooter/bicycle delivery available in select cities)
- Possess a valid driver’s license or relevant vehicle documentation
- Have a social security number if operating in the US
- Have consistent access to a smartphone compatible with the DoorDash app
- Subject to successful ID verification and eligibility criteria

- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, and retail partners
- Deliver food, grocery, and retail orders promptly and accurately
- Manage multiple deliveries efficiently when assigned
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive experience
- Use the DoorDash app to navigate and update delivery status
- Maintain communication with customers and support team as needed
- Handle food and items with care to ensure quality upon delivery
