Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license with no DOT restrictions
must be 18 years or older to drive a company vehicle
visual ability to see detail at near range with or without correction
physically able to perform medium work including lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds
must be able to stoop, kneel, reach, handle, grasp, feel, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions
able to enter and exit delivery vehicle many times a day and navigate staircases and rough terrain
able to report to work on time and as scheduled
able to complete pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
makes an effort to learn customers’ names and address them by name
works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
delivers products to customers, collects payment, and makes change when necessary
returns payments and beginning cash to store
maintains food and groceries at proper temperature in accordance with food safety standards
maintains strict adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
adheres to company policies and store guidelines
reports to work when scheduled and on time
assists in other areas of store as needed
performs other job-related duties and special projects
facilitates maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles
