Job Duties
- complete daily delivery, set-up, and pick-up of office product equipment to and from customer locations in a safe and secure manner
- accurately complete and submit all required paperwork related to deliveries, moves, store until and pickups
- maintain excellent communications with customer, dispatch, and sales teams by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service
- organize and maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment in the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
- adhere to all safe driving regulations while operating delivery vehicles
- perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and maintenance
- deliver toner supplies to customers as required
- perform meter reads at customer sites to track equipment usage
- assist with inventory management of parts, supplies, and equipment to ensure stock levels are maintained
- work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of all tasks
- perform other duties as directed by management to support warehouse operations
