- must hold valid driver’s license
- must provide proof of insurance
- must have a clean driving record
- must have two years driving experience
- must be able to work in a fast-paced setting
- must be able to stand for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- must follow safety guidelines and company policies strictly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum two years driving experience
- valid driver’s license
- proof of insurance
- clean driving record
- ability to work in a fast-paced and moderately loud environment
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to stand for entire shift
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- capable of working flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets courteously and timely
- accept payment from customers for orders
- work with management to reconcile cash from delivery sales at the end of shifts
- prepare fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches during in-shop periods
- comply with portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests at the end of the initial two weeks and during future testing
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- greet customers, take orders, operate cash register, collect payments, and make change
- execute genuine greetings and farewells
- fill out systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy and integrity
- maintain professional appearance following dress code
- demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm in all assignments
- drive safely and obey road rules within the delivery area only
