Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in delivery or customer service roles advantageous
- ability to operate delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
- strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- ability to use GPS and technology for efficient route planning
- ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- dependable and punctual with a professional attitude.
Job Duties
- Deliver pizza orders promptly and accurately
- collect payments and provide correct change
- maintain communication with the store and customers
- follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
- assist with in-store tasks as needed including food preparation and inventory management
- complete delivery documentation and reports
- provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
