Job Duties
- Ensure effective, timely, and safe deliveries with an aim for 100% on-time delivery and zero product damage
- Provide exceptional customer experience reflecting a target customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher
- Manage efficient routes and logistics to optimize delivery schedules
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage during transit
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
