Job Requirements
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- must have a smartphone with data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older to be employed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- ability to interact positively with customers
- knowledge of local area considered a plus
- smartphone proficiency
- ability to operate a vehicle safely
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person and over the phone
- use Insomnia Cookies delivery app according to approved company standards
- provide accurate status updates to customers
- maintain familiarity with the local delivery area
- follow all safety and traffic regulations while driving
