The Delivery Driver role at the South Charleston store, located at 509 King St, Charleston SC 29403, places you at the forefront of this cookie magic experience. As a Delivery Driver, you serve as the essential link between the bakery and its customers, representing Insomnia Cookies as the main face clients encounter outside of the store. This position is responsible for delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream directly to customers with professionalism, punctuality, and care. The role demands excellent customer service skills, keen attention to detail in order verification, and the ability to efficiently navigate the delivery area. Drivers use Insomnia's proprietary delivery app to ensure timely and accurate service, providing real-time updates to customers.

Job Requirements

Must have own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
Must have a smartphone with data plan
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
Use Insomnia's delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
