Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- Learn the delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy
- Follow proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
- Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- Support team members by being punctual, assisting other workstations, and completing closing duties including cleaning
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Execute cash management duties
- Use the FOCUS system
- Suggestively sell to increase order average
- Distribute door hangers during shifts
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Comply with safety and security standards at all times
