We are currently seeking a dedicated and punctual Delivery Driver to join our team at Stoner's Pizza Joint. This position offers an hourly rate, plus delivery tips, and a standard fee for every delivery completed. This compensation structure allows drivers to significantly increase their earnings through high productivity and efficient deliveries. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum 3 years safe driving record
- Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Must have clean driving record and background check
- Must have access to an insured vehicle
- Work experience as a delivery driver or similar role in a restaurant preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and POS/KPS systems
- Must have ServSafe or required state food safety license
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, lifting, and carrying
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Confirming the orders from clients before delivery
- Checking all necessary food items required for delivery
- Delivering food at the given location
- Collecting payments from customers
- Returning unpaid food items to the store
- Following traffic rules and regulations
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner
- Resolving customer concerns and answering questions
- Promoting company products positively
- Receiving coaching and hands-on training
- Assisting management with in-store tasks and daily duties
- Bagging, boxing, wrapping, and distributing orders
- Cleaning, maintaining, and stocking showroom and kitchen
- Participating in marketing and promotional activities
