Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to lift up to 100lbs
- Obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
- Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
- Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products is helpful but not required
- A strong track record of providing excellent customer service is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Operate a box truck or other company vehicle to deliver merchandise to customers' homes
- Inspect merchandise for damage and defects prior to loading and delivery
- Load and unload heavy and bulky items safely and efficiently
- Assist with the installation of furniture, appliances, and other merchandise as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience
- Coordinate with the delivery office and customers to resolve any issues during delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned to support delivery operations
