Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Possess reliable transportation
- Hold current automobile insurance
- Have a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction and understanding of fractions
- Ability to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- Must maintain professional appearance in compliance with dress code
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Previous experience in food service or delivery preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner
- Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only
- Accepts payment from customers for orders
- Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales
- Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms
