Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must provide proof of insurance
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must drive safely and obey all traffic laws
- Willingness to work in-store when not delivering
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of local geography and navigation
- Ability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner shifts
- Customer service oriented demeanor
Job Duties
- Get sandwiches to customers as quickly and safely as possible
- Learn and use the most efficient delivery routes
- Double-check orders before delivery to ensure accuracy
- Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
- Work in-store during non-delivery times including sandwich preparation, order taking, and cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Handle tips and driver maintenance reimbursements appropriately
