Job Duties
- Clean car topper and place on vehicle
- log into GPS and delivery software
- Verify personal bank less than $20 including coin change
- Clean and restock driver station and Coke cooler using FIFO rotation
- Assist with food preparation
- Perform safe deliveries including customer callbacks and accurate drops
- Maintain fast turnaround times under 1 minute
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery by smiling, making eye contact, giving exact change, and saying thank you
- Offer excellent in-store customer service
- Greet customers warmly upon entry
- Thank customers upon exit
- Answer phone calls within 2 rings
- WOW customers with exceptional service
- Help keep the store clean
