Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within Veneta and surrounding areas
- Verify customer orders and accurately collect payments
- Navigate various routes using our company app, maps, GPS, and local knowledge
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns professionally and courteously
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain proper documentation
- Represent the company positively in all customer interactions
- Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, as needed
