Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ for alcohol deliveries)
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle depending on city
- Valid driver’s license or equivalent identification
- Social security number if in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to provide valid identification and pass background check
- Must comply with local driving and delivery regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for alcohol deliveries)
- Valid driver’s license or valid ID if using scooter or bicycle
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle for deliveries (location-dependent)
- Must have consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to follow delivery instructions accurately
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of local roads and navigation
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or retailers
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage deliveries and navigation
- Communicate courteously and professionally with customers and merchants
- Manage your schedule and select delivery hours independently
- Handle payments through the app securely and efficiently
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while delivering
