Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to bend to floor-level and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup logs
- Inspect and protect company assets including vehicles
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive using maps and directions throughout metropolitan areas
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cash and handle transactions accurately
- Familiarity with inventory management systems a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from multiple vendors and ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked
- Maintaining and checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck according to safety checklists including basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
