- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- ability to make correct monetary change
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- willingness to work under various weather conditions
- ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- ability to handle hot surfaces and sharp edges
- ability to talk and hear on telephone
- near and mid-range vision
- ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
